Your objective in Calc 10 is to take the four numbers you've been given and make the calculate up to ten. You can utilize traditional math to make it happen so go slow and be precise. If you're stumped just hit 'Solution' and the game will show you the right calculation....and then give you a set of four new numbers. If you're a math person you're going to love this game.
Digiwidge has created a nice version of traditional checkers. You play against the computer to be the first to move all your pieces to the other side of the board.
Be smart though since the computer's tricky and will definitely beat you if you space out.
I got whipped by the computer the first few times through this game. Your objective is to move your red pieces over to the blue squares so they invade the blue territory. The site's instructions say: When a piece is moved, the space moved to is the center of the area considered. The 3x3 square centered at the space moved into (the space and its eight bordering spaces) is the capture area. Either all of the pieces in the 3x3 area will be captured, or no pieces will be captured.
Yeah, if you're confused, just play the game for a bit and you'll get the hang of it.
The simple game of Connect 4 is back for your phone. This time you can choose to play against the application or another person. They've created it to be just like the original complete with the slider for removing the chips!
Another great feature is the level capabilities which can make the game vs. the computer more difficult. So if you're feeling brave pump up the level and see if you can win.
All in all - this is a great game. I enjoyed playing both against the computer and my friends.
Think of this game as a bunch of light switches which are connected. Your goal is to turn all the lights off but for each one you turn off, more turn on. You can always test the switches though by pressing a spot twice and seeing what happens. I actually liked this game since it requires you to think and test.
I really wished they had levels though or something past the first board.
If the games Simon and Peg merged they'd create Deduction. Your job is to place the colored pegs into holes and then continue to see if you've placed the right color in the right hole.
You only get a few tries so be sure and go slow!
The Instructions from Clever Media say:
The goal of Deduction is to guess which five pegs the computer has chosen using deductive reasoning. The computer will create a sequence of five colored pegs, which you must recreate by selecting pegs in the color and order you believe the computer has chosen. Press on the peg holes in the current row to place a peg, and continue clicking on the peg to change its color. Press the button to the right of the row to complete the guess. You will be informed of how many pegs are the correct color in the correct spot, and how many pegs are the correct color, but not in the correct spot. Use this information to determine the correct sequence by submitting additional guesses.
In this version of Dominoes from 38i you are playing around the box with your pieces in the center. Place the numbers around the square by double tapping them. Here's the wikipedia page on how dominoes is played in case you don't know. I wish this game had some shiny graphics or looked a bit nicer...but it's still fun.
In Drop the Chocolates you remove matching truffles by tapping them. There has to be two or more matching candies to be removed so be smart and make sure you don't isolate anyone.
I actually liked this game because the graphics are pictures of little candies and it's simple.
The people at MyHIP.com have created a game that's pretty much Bejewled with marbles and without the swapping. It's simple - find the matching marbles of two or more, tap them twice and try to clear the board. This version has a clean look and feel and plays well.
If you're looking for a no-brainer game that will keep you occupied give this one a shot.
